LUBRICATION ENGINEERS 6805 MULTILEC INDUSTRIAL OIL
20,000 hr Compressor/AW 150 Hydraulic/Turbine/Bearing Oil. 6805 is a multi-functional heavy-duty air compressor oil compounded with select paraffinic base stocks for minimum carbon deposits and special additives for best heat resistance, long life and reduction of wear. It contains MONOLEC, LE’s exclusive wear-reducing additive. It has been compounded with premium paraffinic base stocks for greater lubricity. It has excellent water separation ability and has been formulated to combat acid hydrolysis in rotary screw compressors.
Equipment will last longer whether run intermittently or continuously. MULTILEC reduces power consumption and lower operating temperatures. Carefully selected and refined paraffin base oils are highest in moisture resistance and will not readily mix with water. Therefore, accumulated excess water can be easily drained off. Carbon, varnish and sludge formation are minimized with the use of high VI paraffinic base oils in addition to exclusive additive technology. This translates into longer effective oil life versus ordinary oils. In addition to lower maintenance costs and replacement costs, MULTILEC products will reduce product inventory. The ability of this truly multi-purpose lubricant is to simplify lubrication to the point that the only parameter needed for a product recommendation is viscosity.
MULTILEC industrial oils can be used on air compressors, hydraulics, circulating oil systems, air line oilers, bearings, gearboxes, industrial turbines, vacuum pumps, blowers and other long service applications. They are approved by hydraulic equipment manufacturers: Denison, Cincinnati-Milacron and Vickers. Meets all specifications of U.S. Steel and AGMA 9005-D-94.
