GE JP-1 Instrument Current Transformer 600 V circuit
This is used in electrical test to generate a lower secondary signal. Its rated at 25-60 cycles.
On the lowest tap a 10 Ampere signal appears as a five ampere secondary across a 0.1 ohm load.
On the highest setting a 800 Amperes through a single loop appears as a five ampere secondary across a 0.1 ohm load.
Checked the tap ranges with multi-calibrator, voltmeter and 0.1 ohm and its functional.
