Lot 8 GE FANUC CimWorks Zipper SPC Data Collector
I am selling one lot of 8 used GE FANUC Cimworks SPC Data Collectors with 2 four slot Docking Station/Chargers.
I was able to load the Zipper PC Tools Software onto my computer and Re-Image the zippers with no errors. I used a standard serial cable (not included) to connect to the docking station.
Four of these are Enhanced Models and four are Basic. I do not know what the difference is between them but that is what shows up on the screen when they are re-imaged.
I do not have any way to test the Zippers beyond powering them up and Re-Imaging them to verify that they communicate with the computer.
The manual has the following description.
The Zipper represents the most complete, lightweight, rugged, full-function SPC data collector on the market. The Zipper offers the comprehensive capabilities of VisualSPC ShopFloor in a portable, battery-powered model. The Zipper lets you collect, display, and analyze variable data in real time, on the spot.

With CimWorks’ GagePort technology integrated into the Zipper, both analog and digital gages can be attached to the Zipper for effortless, direct gage entry, thereby eliminating the errors of manual data input. Gages that can connect to the Zipper include Mitutoyo gages, RS232 gages, Federal Maxum gages, torque gages, and LMI gages. The Zipper is available in two different models: the Torque Combo model with an extra 9 pin connector for easier torque gage connection and the LMI Combo model with RJ11 and RJ12 connectors for easier LMI single and dual axis gage connections.
