2000 POUND CAPACITY CLAMP ON BUCKET FORKS
These forks are made completely out of heavy-duty steel, are fully DC- hand TIG and stick welded, and weigh in at 46 pounds each. The tubes, which the forks themselves consist of, are .250” wall, 2” x 3” tube. The usable length of each fork is 36" and the clamping portions stick into and under the bucket by 12”. The vertical tube is .188” wall, 3” by 3” square, the channel on the top is .375” thick, 3” wide, 2” tall channel, and the clamping disks are 3" wide and of .375” thick, CNC laser cut plate, welded around the threaded rod and under the bottom, with the bottom weld being ground to ensure a tight, flush fit. The capping plates are .125” thick and welded on all sided. The handles are 10" long, made from .75” cold roll steel with a chamfer machined into each end to center the stop washers before welding. The handle bushings are machined and allow the handle to slide freely. The threaded rod and nut are a 1”-5 TPI Acme thread. This is a large, open thread that is very forgiving when contaminants get on it. These forks will come painted gloss black with the yellow SLF insignia on them.
