JEOL custom Heat Magnetic Chamber unit WS-7555FEGH/IP
This JEOL component is used surplus. it is a replacement FEG (field emission) gun assembly for a jeol 7500 fab tool (sem) It is untested and appears to be a custom built portable magnetic heat chamber. Notice the handles on each end. Not much is known about this unit. There are no other identifying labels other than the JEOL valve. Underneath the cap is a 4-prong high heat resistant connector.
