These are either vintage cycle, safety or aviator goggles. Both glass lenses screw off. They are of metal and some kind of hard plastic?, maybe bakelite. There are some scratches and places where the brown has come off. The lenses seem to be in good condition. The straps are as you see them in the photos. They desperately need to be cleaned.
