Used analyzer which powers up and gets the readouts shown. I am not a tech so no further testing has been done. Comes with power cord and the probes and accessories shown.Sorry no instruction manual or other accessories.There is visible burn-in on the crt otherwise cosmetically clean with minor scuffs and scratches.
