This is a used analog meter with two horizontal scales. The upper scale measures 0-10. The lower scale measures 0-3. There are MANY applications this meter would work well for, BUT please remember, as with most analog meters, a calibrated resistive circuit may be required to drive the meter without burning out the meter windings! Comes with metal bezel bracket that slides on back to hold it in place.
