This is a very heavy duty TMC 4500 series cutting system. This uses 20lb crane rail to support the gantry.
The control is an Allen Bradley 8200. These were used on many cutting systems into the mid 90's. Allen Bradley does not make this control any longer, but parts and service are available through alternate vendors.
The system has 6 oxy fuel; stations. The stations have Innerlogic RSVP automatic torch lifters. The torches are Harris Oxy/ Acetylene.
The machine is being taken from service this week in Iowa. This machine was owned by a large manufacturer known for their second to none maintenance personnel.
