1 - (used) PICKLES Stair router, twin stringer trencher capable of trenching one pair of stringers at the same time. The capacity is 2" x 12". Stringers are placed back to back and placed at the first position, the machine's pneumatics clamp and advance the stringers for each cut as per set up. There are adjustments for the different rise and treadle. The head is arranged with two opposed spindles and are driven by a 5 HP 220-3-60 AC motor with control. The head is manually guided through a fixed path to cut the rise and treadle. Each spindle is arranged with a 1/2" straight bore with set screw to secure the cutting tool.
The machine weight is approximately 1650 lbs. Floor space is approximately 7' x 4' x 60" high. We will load the machine on a flat bed truck at no charge. Any skidding or crating will be extra. Cost to be determined by your requirements.
