USED: Lee Industries double motion vacuum kettle, model 10D9MT, 10 gallon, stainless steel, vertical. Approx 18" diameter x 14" deep, dished removable top, hemi bottom. Internal rated for 100 psi at 300 deg F, jacket rated 125 psi at 353 deg F. Tilt back cover with an agitator bridge. Dual motion agitator with approx (2) 3 hp motors with gearboxes. 1-1/2" center bottom outlet. Mounted on 3 stainless steel legs with base and casters. Includes vacuum pump and T B Woods AC inverter panels. Built 1998.
