This is a Safariland mod 518 Concealment Thumb Break Paddle Holster in LEFT HAND. The model 518 is a suede lined, custom formed, thumb break holster. Its mediam to hi-ride carry, wraparound design, and user-adjustable tensioning device provide excellent weapon retention. This Safariland paddle holster is thermal moded from Safari-Laminate and features a wide, suede covered, self locking paddle making the 518 lightweight, durable and comfortable. No belt is necessary with this paddle holster and it comes in plain finish. This holster was designed to fit S&W models 411, 4006 and 4026. Holster is in excellent condition.
