USED: Cherry Burrell kettle, 200 gallon, 304 stainless steel, vertical. Approximate 48" diameter x 38" deep. Open top, no cover, jacketed hemi bottom, rated 150 psi at 400 deg F. 2" center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs. Built 1993.
