This is a Phoenix Microsystems T1 BERT testing unit all nicely installed in a convenient hardshell carry case. The Phoenix model number is 5575A and the part number is 9-5575A-1544-1. There are two ADC model PJ722 bantam test cables and two ADC model AP051 bantam converter plugs (to convert from bantam to longform so the cables can be plugged into the tester. More cables will likely be required to fully utilize this tester.
