Precision Measurement is no accident a Certified Scale Set is Fully tested and proven to meet its Accuracy Specifications. Cheap DRO Systems skip the expensive Testing necessary to deliver a Scale of Proven Accuracy. Many of them provide no Linear Accuracy Specifications at all.

High Resolution X-axis Scale 0.0004”/.001um this is an expensive option with most DRO Systems. We provide it as part of our kit! A high resolution crossfeed Scale has numerous advantages. It makes much higher tolerances possible and will substantially reduce fit and finish time.

High Precision Scales; Sealed Glass Strip Scale technology. Glass Scales are far superior in both Linear Accuracy and dimensional stability. Our Sealed Glass Scales do not become damaged from Swarf or have material buildup problems. Each Scale is serial numbered with a Certified to meet Scale Specifications listed below. X-axis Scale is JCXF1 and Bed Scale is JCXE5.
