HP Agilent 4260A Universal Bridge
This is a manually nulled LCR bridge operating form an internal 1 kHz (or external 20 Hz to 20 kHz) oscillator
Even though I am familiar with most of the equipment I am not a technician and can not check this item out beyond a basic power up and/or self test if that function is available. I try to describe as accurately as possible and list as much as I know about the item. I also pop the covers when able and inspect for missing or burned components, water damage, obvious signs of attempt at repair, and anything else that is obvious to someone with a limited technical background
