Avantek SA84-1349 Microwave Amplifier
This item is an Avantek GaAs FET amplifier, frequency range 1.5GHz - 7.0GHz (see measurement plot below). This is a high quality device of robust construction. A high efficiency heat-sink is fitted, and should not be removed unless other cooling arrangements are provided.
Excellent used condition. Inspected and tested.
