What is for sale: 9" south bend lathe tool holder 5/8 & 5/16

slight rust, nicks an dings, chipped tool, almost stripped thru bolt and missing slot nut.
holds 5/16 , 1/2, and 5/8 tooling.
the 5/16 slot is slightly dented in and needs to be filed to repair
