This is a Used Hewlett Packard 1631D Logic Analyzer with built in 50MHz 200 Megasample/second Digitizing Oscilloscope.
The 1631D provides up to 43 state channels, 16 timing channels, and 2 analog channels. 100MHz timing analyzer. Time interval accuracy to 1.5 nS. 25MHz state analyzer. The 50MHz digitizing scope displays 2 channels simultaneously. Single shot time intervals to 1.5 nS.

This unit has been tested and works properly. This unit is furnished with (3) 10271A state pods, (2) 10272A state/timing pods, (1) 10013A oscilloscope probe and a bag of 5959-0288 clips. It is supplied with no power cord and no other accessories.
