Here’s a very nice made-in-the-USA Suburban compound sine plate, Model SPC-1212-S2. Overall size is 12” x 12” x 4-3/16” high. It’s made completely of steel hardened to Rc 58-62 and ground to a fine finish. The gage block rolls have two .200” steps so you can set small angles with a standard gage block set. There is a pattern of 3/8”-16 TPI tapped holes in the top plate to provide for clamping work. This sine plate is in excellent condition overall – the only things I would mention are some small areas of very light staining here and there and one shallow 5/32” diameter drill divot in one corner of the top plate surface. All ground surfaces are as smooth as glass.
