Rapid Air Flex Profile Reel Coiler
Rapid air electric hydraulic unit built in to a
2” X 2” X ¼” Steel stand with built in tool tray,
Has foot pedal control for hands free operation to allow operator to coil correct and inspect product at same time.
Reels have 3” I.D. with 9” Core
Holding 150 to 1,000 + Feet per reel depending size of profile.
Reels are quick change with 1 knob to tighten or loosen
Stand has holder for reel retainer while changing reel.
Machine plugs in to 110 Volt overhead drop, has a duplex for other 110 volt access.
Stand has 2” risers on ends to allow for forklift movement.
I used units like these on my lines for 10 years they were great.
