This is a Antique General Electric Company Alternating Current Ammeter.
This Ammeter comes in a wood box that has a leather handel.
This Ammeter was last tested in 5/25/67.
I think it works but my guess is that it is not accurate.
It's a type P4 No. 202096 Capacity 5 Amperes.
