From Plate to Bottom of Wheel is approx. 11" Tall, Wheels are 2-1/2" wide
Mounting plate is 8"x6" 4 Holes that are 6" center to center and 4-1/2" center to center.
This was pulled from a 1991 Hyster upright forklift.
