New TC913 TSC913 auto-zero op amp qty 5

What is for sale: New TC913 TSC913 auto-zero op amp qty 5

These op amps are truly amazing! They are chopped stabilized and as such, extremely stable. If you have low level signals and need an amplifier, the TSC913 will work just fine. Typical auto-zero amplifiers, such as the LTC1050, need external capacitors. The TC913, on the other hand, has them built-in to save money, reduce noise, and simplify your design. If you work with noble metal thermocouples, thermopiles, or straing gauges, the TC913 will nake your life much easier.
Microchip says on its website ( ): "The TC913 is a monolithic, auto-zeroed operational amplifier. Elimination of the external capacitors allows the designer to increase reliability, lower cost, and simplify design by lowering parts count. Since the TC913 is an auto-zeroing op amp, input offset voltage is very low. More important, there is almost zero drift with time. This eliminates production line adjustments, as well as periodic calibration. Notable electrical characteristics are low supply current (650 ?A, typical), single-supply operation (6.5V to 16V), low input offset voltage (15 ?V, typical), low noise (11 ?VP-P, typical, for a 10Hz bandwidth), and fast recovery from saturation without the use of external clamp circuitry. This device is supplied in 8-pin plastic DIP and plastic SOIC packages. It is pin compatible with bipolar, CMOS, JFET and other chopper-stabilized op-amps using the industry-standard 741 pinout."
These parts were manufactured by Teledyne Semiconductor, which changed its name to Telcom Semi; after which Telcom Semi was was bought out by Microchip. These op amps are NOS, never used and are brand new. I"ve had them for quite awhile in my home workshop. They are the same part as the current TC913 and come packaged as an 8 pin dip. (Disregard that these op amps are marked "TSC913".)
