Automatic feed length: .39” to 33” (single index) to a maximum of 66” (double index)
Saw Motor: 1500 /3000 rpm, 5.0 / 6.0 HP
Voltage: 460 volt, 3 ph, 60 hz 12 Amp
Air consumption: .7 cubic feet per cut, requiring 90 psi air supply
Standard Equipment and Features :
¨ Two cutting speeds, switch selectable 7,000/14,000 sfm
¨ Feed unit with raisable gripper arm.
¨ Backstop adjustable via hand crank to allow quick positioning for shortest possible blade travel.
¨ Pneumatic short stroke (5/16”) vertical clamping. Clamping height preset via hand crank.
¨ Pneumatic sawblade feed, infinitely variable between 0-118 ipm via control knob
¨ Adjustable blade height and retraction depth stops for optimum performance.
¨ Pneumatic spray mist coolant system.
¨ Subtracting counter for preselection of number of cuts.
¨ Material feed unit with pneumatic gripper attached to the left side of machine. Cut off length adjustable from .39” to 33” (single index) to a maximum of 66” (double index). Feed unit drive via chain and geared brake motor. Feed speed of 40 fpm. Self contained chip tray – removable for easy disposal.
¨ All required operator settings and adjustments strategically located for ease of operation.
¨ 16’ long flat chain style automatic loading magazine.
¨ All necessary manuals and drawings.
