Two (2) Volstatic Powder Booths. Each with both cartridge filter unit and cyclone (for rapid color change). Designed for On-line, Off-line operations. One booth can be working on line while the other is being prepared for the next color off line. Provisions to connect duct work to off line booth to facilitate clean up and color change.
5 fluid beds for multiple colors.
Two Gun Oscillators (gun movers) for each booth for a total of 4 oscillators.
Booth (product) openings are 30 inches wide x 36 inches tall. (could be expanded).
Both booths have two (2) manual spray operator openings.
NO GUNS WITH THIS SYSTEM, although there is one control tower with powder controls.
Includes ultra-violet flame detection eyes and automatic shut down interlocks.
