New tap. Vermont brand. Made in USA. 6 Spiral flutes. TiN Coated. Flute length is about 3", OAL about 6.5" Tap reads: Vermont TD-167413, DET 15 1 5/16-12 NS, HSCO G(S) K0695, POWERED METAL, PD 1.2732-1.2742. Looks like a plug style tap to me.
