You are looking at used heated high-pressure hose for pumping plastics or hotmelts or adhesives or asphalt through. It is made by Diebolt & Company. It is 4' long and was working when removed. Currently, the black and white wires and Thermocouple wires ohm out properly and neither of them ohms to the green ground wire.
