A high-speed DRAM board • Dual VMEbus/VSB ported • 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, and 128 Mbytes in one 6U VMEbus/VSB slot • Up to 40 Mbytes/sec bus transfer rates • Memory module cycle and access times as low as 84 nanoseconds; 25 nanoseconds during block cycles • Byte parity error detection • VMEbus and VSB memory start and end address configured independently • Memory start and end addresses selectable on 256 Kbit boundaries • Control status register • LED indicator for VME/VSB accesses and parity error status • 16 Mbit DRAM chips allow low power requirements of 2A (typical) at +5V • ANSI/VITA 1-1994 compatibility.
