Pulse output: ²70 pS rise time
Rep rate of approx. 50 kHz. Square wave output:
Periods of 10 µS, 1 µS, or 100 nS;
Amplitude is 10 mV, 100 mV, or 1 V into 50 ½.
Sine wave output: periods of 10 nS or 1 nS;
Amplitude is 100 mV into 50 ½.
Trigger output is square wave, sine wave, or pretrigger pulse output
Unit has been thoroughly checked by our lab technitian and is fully functional.
Unit is in good cosmetic condition.
