Volumetric Dispensers are economical, easy to use, and easy to maintain. They use product volume, instead of weight or product flow, as a ways to continuously dispense equal qualities of product.
Working principle: Imagine you fill a cup with rice and weigh it. As long as you continue filling that cup under the same conditions the resulting weight will always be the same. Thus, weighing the product becomes redundant.

If you are not available during the time of delivery, it is your full responsibility to contact the courier. A consignment note will be left, and you may arrange an alternative delivery schedule with the courier. Items that are returned to us because of non-delivery will incur an additional delivery fee.

What to do if you receive a damaged item:
If your item arrives damaged refuse to accept it from the currier and contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement item at once.
If you noticed the damage after receipt of the item contact us immediately. We will ask you to photograph the damage and email it to us and ask that you keep all packaging material as well as all parts, documentation, and accessories that came with the machine. You should not attempt to use the machine unless we instruct you to do so.
