3. Is it still under the manufacturer warranty? If an item is listed as new, it may or may not be under manufacturer warranty. If it is a manufacturer that honors warranties without a retail receipt, then it may be in warranty. I do not have a list of those that do. If I do not specifically state in the description that I have the receipt, then I do not have one.
