COHU Surveillance CCTV Video Camera Remote Control Pan & Tilt + Camera/Lens controllers in 19" rackmount panel. The P&T is 2380-003. The camera/lens is 2380-500.

Might be just what you need for your remote pan, tilt and lens control application.
Condition of the P&T looks very good. Both controllers power up but not otherwise tested. The Lens controller looks like it has a bent switch. We don't know if there is supposed to be something where the target label is. No cable to go to the camera connector.
