LM2901 Motorola Quad Single Supply Comparators IC
LM2901N Motorola is a Quad Single Supply Comparators circuit compatible with TTL, CMOS and other systems. Designed for use in level detection, low-level sensing and memory applications in consumer, automotive and industrial electronic applications.

- Wide operating temperature range: -40 ... +105 degrees Celsius
- Low Input Bias Current: 25 nA (typ)
- Low Input Offset Current: +/- 5 nA (typ)
