The price is for one 44701A 5 1/2 digit integrating voltmeter. It plugs into the 3852A mainframe. See the pictures for more detailed system description. You will need a 3852A frame to use this product. It is HPIB programmable, but measurements can be made manually from the front panel.
While it is not likely that anyone will do it, the 3852A can be loaded with instrument basic and basic programs can be downloaded from a 98xx controller.
