The chief attraction of the No. 0 Jacobs is that it will hold the smallest drill bits. The stated range is zero to 5/32". Because this size range of drills are typically run at relatively high speeds, it's mounted on a new Albrecht shank, and the chuck doesn't look like it ever got used, though I can't say so with certainty. Comes with new key.
