Large "rabbit ear" blades funnel thick, soft materials into the scissors jaws of the KD-280 for a clean, flowing cut. They're ideal when you're cutting pliables such as vinyl, woven woods, chipboard, foam rubber and linoleum. They also cut heavy foil, light insulated wire, hardware cloth and light mesh screening. The KD-280 comes with a stationary bottom blade, but is also available in stationary top-blade model KD-270 and terminal strip model KD-290.
