We are capable of providing a one-stop service from start to finish. We will help you develop a product working with you to make improvements to existing designs or developing new ideas; then we will produce the prototype or working part, tool, or custom add-on with our in-house manual or CNC equipment; providing development improvements every step of the way, producing a working blue print, and we even offer assembly & training should you need it; along with lifetime support for your company. We have 30 years of design, development and drafting with experience that includes but is not limited to: the gas, electric, automobile, automation, aviation, recreational, medical and other industries. We have a machine shop in-house with the manufacturing equipment necessary to produce and build your product.
A package will be produced containing any information you need to have your product quoted and built by TurnZone, your in-house team or current manufacturer; or we can help you find the right manufacturer for the job.
We will maintain a copy of the Completed Package along with our notes and photos from the development of each product. This will enable us to provide faster product revisions, continued product support and faster production if we make it for you.
TurnZone is prepared to provide training for company employees whenever necessary – ask us for this to be included in your Complete Package!
