Comes in safety sealed reusable zip lock bag.

This one was opened for photos only, protective cover is still over the clear face shield.
It has been brought to our attention that there have been some light scratches or rubs on the lenses of these masks. We believed that these scratches happened during the filter instalation process as these masks don't normally come with the filters attached. These masks are unused. They work fine and are a great value.
