Ringers Extrication Gloves: These gloves were the very first glove of it's kind and are considered to be the very best vehicle rescue glove available. While they were designed specifically for vehicle rescue, they are well suited for all types of rescue work including; Vehicle Rescue, Urban Search & Rescue,and Technical Rescue
Extreme protection Front and Back for complete hand protection:
The Palm of the glove is constructed of synthetic Clarino leather. The glove palm is reinforced with additional layers of clarino, high impact resistant gel padding in areas of heavy work and tool contact, and areas of extreme hand contact are covered with Keprotec Kevlar, a stiff kevlar blend that not only has extreme cut resistance but also provides a tough gripping surface. The finger tips are covered with Keprotec Kevlar as well to aid in tool control, grip, and feel. All high protection areas of the glove are sewn with Kevlar thread to prevent cutting.
The back of the glove is constructed of Dupont stretch nylon material for breathable and a comfortable fit . The top of the glove offer the top of the hand and first set of knuckle protection by using a thick but flexible padding. This padding contains white scotchlite threading in order to glow white under emergecny scene lighting. This provides added protection during rescue in dark conditions. In addition to the top of the hand protection, the finger knuckles are protected by Keprotec Kevlar knuckle patches. These patched are designed to be flexible to improve dexterity while adding protection.
These gloves are fully machine washable and my be decomtaminated using current decon procedures and solutions. Please follow the package instructions related to glove laundering. Color may fade if your department decons using a bleach soak.
