ENI OEM-12B3 RF Generator OEM-12B3-02
This ENI RF generator is used surplus. It was tested in our facility and was found to be working, but with one issue. The PA#4 is either faulty or modified, and it only allows a maximum output of 900W. The physical condition is good, but there are some minor scratches. The RF interlock cover is included.
