2" water control valves

This is a 425 lb pallet of eight (8) water control valves with cast iron brackets. They appear to be in great shape, nicely painted, no rust showing around the handles indicating leaks, etc. Don't know anything about them, where they came from, etc. We get all kinds of strange things.
