This oven is not in stock. I have one started for in house use and I can make another anytime after Mid January.

This is unit is 60 inches long 36 tall and 20 wide, all inside diminsions. I think it is a good size for a variety of objects and at 60" long you can really get your hobby or business going. Comparable ovens go for thousands of dollars.
There are two burners that keep the heat evenly distributed so you don't need a circulation fan. The best part is it goes from 50 degrees to 450 degrees in Twenty-five Minutes! I have thought about adding a third burner to speed up the heating time but it would also put it above 30 amps.
The two burners are 2500 Watts each and the whole unit draws less than 30 amps. There is a 30 amp breaker built onto the side. You can attach a plug to the cord and plug it into your drier plug!
The stand is not included and I have no plans to make them.
It is made with 20 ga galvanized material sandwiched around two inch thick Johns Mansfield oven insulation rated to 1000 degrees! I don't know how hot you can get it but the digital thermostat will go over the 550 degree maximum I suggest. The zinc in the galvanized will melt off at 800'. The outside does get warm to the touch after a few hours but not hot enough to burn your hand.
If you have watched my listings you know I have been working on ovens for almost two years now and I was getting flack around the shop for making nothing but prototypes. This one is it!
My last oven two ovens were chopper size 36x48x72 and I am more than willing to make another one of them for $2850. I have a custom quoted at 5'x5'x5' with eight burners and two circulating fans for $5900. Let me know if you want one and I'll get material coming.
