This first-class saw is complete with up and down adjustable V-guide, chipblower, reserve load guide bar and annealing butt welder. Chipblower keeps chips away from workpiece allowing smooth one-step cutting without the annoyance of having to constantly remove chips. Easy-to-adjust reserve load guide bar keeps bar in place even if retaining screw loosens. This prevents surface marring of workpiece. The butt welder allows on-machine welding of blades (1/8 - 5/8 capacity). The blade speed is shown on a graduated readout dial. Speed is easily adjusted with a turn of the handwheel. Standard features include saw blade butt welder with integrated annealing unit, blade shear, grinder, built-in blade and tire cleaning brush, low-voltage working lamp, saw blade ready for use, insert type with tungsten-faced guides, set of required tools and instruction/parts manual.
