THIS MACHINE IS AVAILABLE IN 2 OPTIONS: AUTOMATIC or SEMI-AUTOMATIC
This is a dual head timed gravity liquid filling machine for water thin products. This new entry level filler will satisfy your needs as a low cost , user friendly, high quality filling machine.
Liquid product can be filled near its source, such as a mixing tank or storage resevoir, or pumped from source by the included supply pump, appropriately sized for your needs. Product is pumped to the overhead filling reservoir, controlled automatically on demand by reservoir float device. Product is then filled into 2 containers simultaneously using liquid's best source of motivation; gravity.
For Automatic systems, bottle indexing is controlled by electronic sensor or container available detector. (Automatic system component upgrades, such as feed/accumulation tables and conveyors are available; see Fillhelper's other store listings) *
For Semi-Automatic operations, a 60" slide table with adjustable guide rails and foot switch are provided.

Not all items shown are included. This is for the filling unit, filler frame, product supply pump, and HDPE product reservoir. Product reservoir as shown in stainless steel is available as an upgrade.
Semi-Auto system does not include indexing controls, container available eye, or conveyor controls. A 60" slide table for bottle fill placement, and an operator's foot pedal are included instead.
