Up for sale is a Hayssen Ultima Packaging machine with Micrologic and Mateer Auger filler.
This machine was purchased as a package with another one, however this one is wired for 460 V., we only have 220V, 3 Ph. therefore it has been sitting collecting dust for about 4 years.
We have never used it, however when we purchased it there was still product in the filler.
This machine was set up for packaging powder dressing in 16 oz. bags.
The machine is 49' wide, with lower left feet protruding an additional 9', total height including auger is 117', and depth is 92'
Machine sits on 4 large and heavy duty wheels, two average persons can easily move it.
Sealers are 13' wide, maximum web width is 22' ( that's the maximum width at the measuring rollers)
A motorized paddle is mounted where product enters the hopper, probably to facilitate flow of material.
Stainless steel frame construction.
There is a lever for long or short bag in the rear of the gearbox.
Electrical box swings out for easier access to the machine.

Hayssen sold a similar machine without auger filler for about 45K.
If height is an issue, we can lay the auger on its side without disconnecting the wiring.
