The Wheel Shown is Blue, This is the same color as All of Our Urethane Uppers.
This Wheel is normally used to Form your Panels. Forming is Not the Same Process as Shaping with Steel Wheels on an English Wheel. Forming is done by Bending a Panel over a Full Radius Lower Anvil. This is Extremely Fast and Accurate. A transmission Tunnel can be made in Less than 15 Minutes! Motorcycle Fenders can be made Fast by bending the Form on a panel then Shrinking the edges. Embossing is Awesome to see done, here is an example...Take a piece of Carboard cut to whatever Shapes you desire, Flames are used a Lot. Tape the Cut Out to the Underside Surface of Your Panel. Next using a Flat Lower Anvil with a Urethane Upper Wheel Apply Enough Pressure to Your Machine to start the Embossing Process. In just a Few Passes you will start to see the Shape you cut Raising itself. If you want your embossing to Sink into the Panel put the Form on the Top of your Panel. This is an Easy Process to do, and if you want more or less Lift to your Embossing try thicker and Thinner Cut Outs.
* This Wheel can be used on a 1/2" Machines with Bushings we can Press into the 3/4 Bearings if Needed.
* If you want Bushings they are Free with Purchase, But you have to tell us you want them.
