Capmatic Bambino FC Automatic Tabletop Monobloc Vial - Bottle Filler/Capper
Offered for purchase is very lightly used Bambino FC automatic Tabletop Monobloc Filler/Capper from Capmatic. The former owners said it had less than 20 hours. Must be true because I had the factory check it over and confirm virtually no wear and the machine is in great shape. This Bambino is being sold as a fully functional working unit. It is a few years old but it is nearly identical to a new machine. It had a non-stock fill head but will come with a new fill head. The literature says a stock unit can fill .5 ml to 30 ml.( 1 oz.) But I believe the factory said they can set it up to fill up to 8 oz. bottles. It is presently set up to fill and cap 1 oz. screw top bottles/vials (1/4 turn) but can be retrofit to specific requirements. (the factory will quote a price). The machine is being sold in its current configuration, any change or modification needs to be quoted is an additional separate charge.
This complete mechanical sequential motion filling capping system is ideal to handle small bottles, vials, test tubes and unstable containers with either sterile or non-sterile product from the diagnostic, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical industries. This system can fill and cap at speeds up to 40 BPM. Suitable to operate with “Class-100” room conditions. The Bambino has a heavy duty frame and one piece stainless steel top that is easy to clean and maintain. Changing to different size vials can be done in less than 15 minutes typically.
