Here we have a very nice Floating Tapping head.
This type of floating head helps to automatically align your tap to center if your spindle center is not perfectly aligned with the center of your hole to be tapped.
It only has one collet with it right now, it is for holding 1/2" 13 OR 1/2-20 thread taps
It may also hold other size taps
The shank has threads that are 7/8" diameter with a key drive and a flat spot.
I believe the threads are acme threads.
