The interior of this vintage "Tube Master" Model 10-12 Tube and Battery Tester by Precision Apparatus appears to be in good condition. I'm not an electronics person so I can't guarantee the accuracy but when I plugged it up the power light came on and the needle moved and all of the controls worked smoothly. The wooden case has dried out and the latches have a coat of rust but all are working. There are a number of tube charts and adapters included. Please feel free to email with any questions.
